視障音樂雙月報─2024年4月

【董事長的話】

視障音樂圖書館的推廣是今年的重點業務之一，我們透過去年的第1屆國際視障音樂節，與香港、日本、馬來西亞，甚至是英國的相關人員接觸，可確定視障音樂有聲樂譜為全球唯一的有聲樂譜供應站。也確定為視障習樂者最稀缺的資源。而本會的有聲樂譜正是有心朝向音樂發展的視障者，都應該來使用。在此呼籲所以視障音樂人，多多來接觸視障音樂圖書館內的資源：除了有聲樂譜，也有音樂相關有聲書可以聆聽，只要加入官網會員，所有資源都可以取用。請大家務必來官網的圖書館頁面逛逛，來挖寶喔！謝謝大家！

一、DoReMi助盲學院113年暑期課程招生訊息

1. 音樂點字團體班

授課老師：黃淑微老師

開課日期：7~8月之間，選定一週，連續5日

開課地點：視障音樂基金會教室

學員必須具有點字基礎，自備筆電或點字機

完成報名後，進入班級群組，

老師會了解學員情況，再評估課程安排

2. 視障音樂圖書館會員使用教學

請來電登記報名，將視情況

安排專人一對多 或 一對一指導

3. 視障音樂人暑期企劃─吉他團體班

授課老師：吳博強

開課日期：7月2日~8月27日(共9堂課)

每週二晚上7點~9點

開課地點：視障音樂基金會教室

招生名額：10~15位

樂器請學員自行準備。課程保證金2000元，

所有學員都必須參加8月27日成果發表，

否則保證金沒收。

二、視障音樂有聲樂譜：走向世界 分享愛

本會去年(2023)舉辦的第31屆視障音樂節暨第1屆國際視障音樂大賽，英國學生組參賽者─沈卓茗，分享參與活動的經驗，也推薦英國的視障習樂者多加運用「視障音樂圖書館」的相關資源，原文刊登於The Amber Trust 機構官網：https://ambertrust.org/the-taipei-music-foundation....../

The Taipei Music Foundation for Vision Impaired hosted the 31st Vision Impaired Music Competition, including an inaugural International Vision Impaired Music Competition, welcoming talents from Taiwan, Malaysia, Japan, Hong Kong, and the UK.

Chapman Shum, a 13-year-old blind music enthusiast, impressed the audience with his piano and drum performances, earning two Jury's Special Prizes. Participants shared their musical journeys and aspirations, fostering camaraderie beyond competition.

Ueta Takako, a soprano from Japan, embarked on a remarkable journey to Taiwan, leaving a lasting impression. Apart from the competition, participants enjoyed a guided tour of Taipei, indulging in Beitou Hot Springs and a seafood feast, deepening bonds and cultural understanding. The Taipei Music Foundation, akin to The Amber Trust, empowers blind musicians by providing education, performance opportunities, and support in music composition and recording.

The foundation's audio sheet music library, accessible to all vision-impaired users, reflects their commitment to inclusivity. Mr. Chang, the foundation's founder, extends a warm welcome to Amber students to utilize their Music Library, understanding firsthand the challenges faced by blind music lovers. Through Chapman's participation, the foundation strengthens its ties with The Amber Trust, ensuring more vision-impaired individuals benefit from their resources.
